After a long process Brian and his team sold our VCA Animal Hospital in Andover, MN. We wanted to express our appreciation to Brian Wine for his thoroughness and expertise in making the sale happen. His
perseverance in assisting with our environmental process during a long
phase 2 process and cleaning up the site for both city and state
approval was exceptional. It was their initial diligence and experience in
the Veterinarian space that kept the deal on track.
